Question 428: To ask the Minister for Transport his views on reports that some red-circle workers at Irish Ferries are being let go; his further views on whether the agreement that was reached to end the industrial dispute at Irish Ferries is being undermined; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Labour Relations Commission brokered the registered agreement, referred to by the Deputy, which ended the recent Irish Ferries dispute. I have no function in regard to the implementation of agreements entered into under the auspices of the Labour Relations Commission.
