Question 193: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the grounds on which he has awarded the Garda Síochána the general supervisory role in the management of the calibration and accuracy of privatised speeding cameras; and the reason the NSAI, which is legally mandated to carry out such a role, has been overlooked.
