Question 188: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his Department has retained the passports of persons (details supplied) whose visa applications were approved on 8 November 2005, but who have not been contacted by the Department of Foreign Affairs, which says it has been notified of the approval but can do nothing until it receives the passports from the visa section at the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform; and if he will ensure the passports are forwarded immediately in order that the family can at last be reunited.
