Question 104: To ask the Minister for Transport the provision which has been made for taxi drivers who brought their case before the Equality Tribunal in view of the fact that the taxi hardship payment scheme did not go before Dáil Éireann. [34984/05]

No specific provision has been made for costs which may arise as a result of cases before the Equality Tribunal as the complaints in question have not yet been decided on by the tribunal. It has not been determined whether costs will arise.
