I refer to the reply to Questions Nos. 108, 124 and 177 and to Question No. 145 of 25 October 2005. The European Court of Justice oral hearing took place on 8 November. In line with normal procedure in such matters, the Advocate General indicated that his opinion on the matter will be made available on 18 January 2006 and the judgment of the court will issue subsequently. Otherwise, the position is unchanged.
