This is an operational matter for the Connex in which I have no function. However, the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment introduced the Organisation of Working Time (Inclusion of Transport Activities) Regulations 2004, in line with the EU working time directive. I understand Connex Transport Ireland Limited is complying with these regulations.
