Transport 21 makes provision for the development of the Atlantic road corridor to be funded by the Exchequer. However, the question of an application for TEN-T funding for appropriate sections of the Atlantic road network will be considered in due course in the context of the new Community financial perspectives for the 2007-2013 period.
