Question 301: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will implement the recommendations made by the Law Reform Commission in its report on multi-party litigation to support the introduction of such actions into the Irish legal system; if he intends to implement these recommendations; the timeframe involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have no proposals at this point to implement the recommendations contained in the report of the Law Reform Commission on multi-party litigation published last month. The details of any legislative proposals in this area will be announced in due course on the basis of the Government's consideration.
