The persons named have submitted an application for consideration in respect of the inheritance measure of the single payment scheme. A letter requesting supporting documentation was issued on 22 February 2005. This documentation had not been received by 23 August 2005 and the applicants were informed that unless the required documentation was submitted their application could not be processed by my Department. The outstanding documents were subsequently received on 29 August 2005. The case was re-examined and I am pleased to advise that the request for consideration for the transfer of entitlements by way of inheritance has been processed. The inherited entitlements have been transferred and a letter notifying the persons named of the successful application issued on 10 October 2005.

A merger form, which is required to amalgamate the entitlements of both the named persons, has issued to the named persons and on completion and return of this form, the revised entitlements under the single payment scheme will be established.
