Question 133: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of off licences which have been prosecuted under the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2004 for selling alcohol to under age persons for the years 2003, 2004 and to date in 2005; the general location of the premises where the offence took place; the penalty imposed in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
