Ten hours per week home tuition has been sanctioned for the child in question with effect from 1 September 2005. This decision was conveyed to the family recently. The parents in question have appealed the number of hours sanctioned. My officials have been in further contact with them and sought additional information on the matter. The outcome of the appeal will be conveyed to the family very shortly once the ongoing deliberations have been finalised.
