Question 841: To ask the Minister for Agriculture and Food if there is a bog plot credited to a person (details supplied) in County Galway in the Cloonmoylan bog; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the Irish Land Commission allocated bog plots in the 1960s; and if she will make a statement on the matter. A right of turbary was allotted in 1960 by the former Land Commission over a plot on this bog, which is part of the Clanricarde Estate, to a person with the same name and address as outlined in the question.
