I confirm that I have received in recent weeks correspondence from the Western Development Commission in which a number of issues relating to energy policy and regional energy infrastructure are raised. I am in the process of scheduling a meeting with the commission, at its request, to discuss its concerns in regard to specific aspects of energy policy.
