The initial alternative energy requirement, AER, VI competition public service obligations, PSO, order, entitled the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Public Service Obligations) (Amendment) Order 2004, was signed on 21 April 2004. I signed the second PSO, entitled the Electricity Regulation Act 1999 (Public Service Obligations) (Amendment) Order 2005, on 20 July last.
