I propose to take Questions Nos. 532 and 539 together.

The Commissioners of Public Works have recently forwarded a revised sketch scheme for the new Garda station at Leixlip, County Kildare to the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform and the Garda Síochána. On receipt of their approval, planning permission will be sought under Part 9 of the planning process. It is expected that the construction work on the new station will commence in 2006.
