Question 147: To ask the Minister for Transport the number, title and purpose of the EU directives not yet incorporated into law relating to his Department's work; and when it is envisaged that these outstanding directives will be incorporated into Irish law in each case. [21770/05]

The information sought by the Deputy is set out in the following table. It is my intention that all these directives will be incorporated into Irish law as soon as possible.
