Question 347: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources when a decision will be made on the options available regarding the rehabilitation of mine sites at Silvermines, County Tipperary (details supplied); if his attention has been drawn to concerns expressed by local residents that no decision will be taken before the summer recess and to the potential to use significant volumes of topsoil from a development in the remediation plans; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
