Question 127: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the amount of unspent money returned by his Department to the Department of Finance each year since 1997; the total Departmental budget for each year since 1997; the projects for which this money was originally earmarked; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Estimate provision for each year is utilised to fund the activities and services provided from the Votes in the justice group which are the office of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, the Garda Síochána, the Prison Service, Courts Service and Land Registry and Registry of Deeds.
