Question 324: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he is satisfied that no person who is disqualified from holding a directorship of a private company is a member of any State board under the auspices of his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Based on my Department's examination of the register of persons disqualified or restricted from holding a directorship of a private company, I am satisfied that no such person is a member of any body under the aegis of my Department.
