Question 270: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if he is satisfied that no person who is disqualified from holding a directorship of a private company is currently a member of any State board under the auspices of his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am satisfied that no person whose name appears on the list maintained by the Companies Registration Office of those disqualified under section 160 of the Companies Act 1990 from holding a directorship of a private company is currently a member of any State board under the auspices of my Department.
