Question 252: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he will list payments, to contain the name of the payee and the firm or practice, made to the suppliers of legal and professional services to commissions of inquiry, tribunals of inquiry and special inquiries initiated by the Government since 1990. To the best of my knowledge, the only inquiries initiated by my Department in the period in question relate to the area of company law inquiries. As the information requested by the Deputy is not readily available I will have to revert to the Deputy in the matter and will do so as soon as possible.
