Question 606: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will make a statement on the submission of Theatre Forum regarding licensing, restrictions on the sale of alcohol during intervals, requirements for seating to be always provided and the exclusion of children from theatre bars after certain times. A consultative process pertaining to my proposals for a Bill to streamline and modernise our liquor licensing laws has recently concluded. I have received a submission from Theatre Forum and I will take its views, and those of other organisations and individuals who made submissions, into account in the context of the drafting of the Bill.
