Question 373: To ask the Minister for Education and Science if she will supply an inventory of all assets, specifically land and buildings, disposed of by her Department in each of the past ten years; if transactions were in accordance with proper procedures in the case in which such apply; the date of each sale; the location and asset disposed of in each case; the disposal price agreed; and the purchaser involved. The information sought by the Deputy is not readily available in my Department and the level of resources required to compile it for the period in question would not be justified. However, if the Deputy requires details on a particular case, I would be happy to have my officials provide the information concerned.

The school in question is located in temporary accommodation on a site owned by the Office of Public Works. My Department has requested that the school's position be regularised and this process is under way. When this is completed, the site will be transferred to my Department.
