Question 368: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to websites (details supplied), on which uncontrolled, undesirable and defamatory postings have been noted which cause grievous offence to those targeted; if he has had discussions with the regulator with a view to the blocking of such activity; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The regulator and statutory body responsible for the electronic communications sector, telecommunications, radiocommunications and broadcasting transmission, and the postal sector is ComReg. Questions regarding its functions should be referred to my colleague the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
