Question 46: To ask the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources if an examination has been undertaken in regard to pension and salary awards or increases due to the An Post workforce having particular regard to the commitments entered into in the 1983 Act which purported to protect the then civil servants who transferred to the new company; the way in which this commitment has been set aside; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
