Question 133: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if her Department has concluded its consideration of the High Court judgment striking down the Government's proposed inquiry into the conduct of vaccine trials on children in institutional care in the State; if a new form of inquiry into this scandal will be established; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The revocation of the relevant statutory instrument will require a draft resolution to be brought before both Houses of the Oireachtas. A number of complex issues have had to be considered in relation to this matter. These issues are now approaching finalisation and discussions have taken place with a number of parties involved. I am not in a position to outline the course of action which the Government will take on this matter until all discussions have been completed
