I propose to take Questions Nos. 393 to 400, inclusive, together.

I have been informed by the Garda authorities that Portlaoise, Portarlington and Mountmellick Garda sub-districts are included in the Garda district of Portlaoise, that Tullamore and Edenderry Garda sub-districts are included in the Garda district of Tullamore, that Birr and Ferbane Garda sub-districts are included in the Birr Garda district and that Abbeyleix is a Garda district headquarters.

I can further inform the Deputy that each of the ten headline offences listed in the following tables contain different individual offences and these can be found in more detail in the relevant Garda Síochána annual reports for the years in question. It is important to note that the statistics provided for 2004 are provisional and are, therefore, subject to validation and change.
