Question 389: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the present position regarding the recent deportation from Ireland of two persons (details supplied) in view of their successful integration into their homes here; his thoughts on a reappraisal of the decision to deport these persons; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that these families have been torn apart because of the decision; and if he has proposals for the potential reunification of these families. I refer the Deputy to the reply I gave to Questions Nos. 397 and 403 on Tuesday, 19 April 2005. My position regarding the return of these persons to the State remains the same.
