Question 284: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he will reconsider an appeal in relation to an application for two non-EU work permits; and if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the employer has been unable to use some of his machinery which is now idle as he is unable to secure drivers. Having heard an appeal in this case, the work permits section of my Department issued two work permits to the above named employer.
