Question 562: To ask the Minister for Transport if he has received correspondence from a person (details supplied) in County Dublin concerning the need for a pedestrian bridge on the new N11 at Loughlinstown, County Dublin; if he will agree to meet with this person; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My office has no record of receiving correspondence from the individual in question in connection with a pedestrian bridge at Loughlinstown. The planning, design and implementation of national road improvement projects, including improvements on the N11 at Loughlinstown, is a matter for the National Roads Authority, NRA, and the local authorities concerned — in this case Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.
