Question 351: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of cases relating to any aspect of immigration that are before the courts at the present time; the category into which each case falls; the average length of time that each case is before the courts; if immigration related cases are creating a problem for the operation of any court; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
