Question 120: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when his attention was drawn to the fact that the Government is precluded from selling the former Shanganagh open prison due to a restrictive covenant. [5083/05]

I have been advised by the Irish Prison Service that there is no such covenant in existence.
