Question 141: To ask the Taoiseach if, as part of his discussion with the DUP in the recent negotiations to secure that it abide by the principles of the Good Friday Agreement, the issue of loyalist paramilitary arsenals (details supplied) being put beyond use was part of that discussion; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The issue of the decommissioning of weapons and explosive materials held by all paramilitary organisations has been the subject of discussions with all of the political parties, including the DUP and Sinn Féin, in the talks process.
