Question 228: To ask the Minister for Finance further to his reply of 28 October 2004, the assistance he can give to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 3 who has been refused insurance flood cover and who cannot sell their house as a result; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Public Works has no responsibility for the availability of insurance against flood risk. I regret, therefore, that I am not in a position to assist with this matter.
