Question 326: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if arrests have been made of the persons responsible for organising and profiting from the women concerned in the context of the street prostitution problem at Arbour Hill and Montpelier Hill, Dublin 7; if there have been convictions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that there have been no arrests of persons organising and profiting from prostitution in the area. Consequently, there have been no convictions.
