Question 410: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the view of the community in Tallaght west that the issue of a Garda station for Tallaght west be revisited; if he will arrange a for a high level discussion with the Garda authorities in the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Garda authorities who are responsible for the detailed allocation of resources, including personnel, that a decision as to the current and future requirements for gardaí at Tallaght is currently under consideration.
