Question 53: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his plans to change the immunity from prosecution that can be claimed by Oireachtas Members if they prove they were travelling in the course of their Oireachtas duties. [16353/04]

The immunity Members enjoy, while in the precincts of either House is guaranteed by Article 15.13 of the Constitution. The issue of changing it by legislation does not arise.
