Question 256: To ask the Minister for Education and Science if his Department will decide to provide a right of way to Kerry County Council and a portion of land to a child care group from their lands at the Grove, Dingle, County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3730/04]

The Department is considering the issue of ceding a portion of land to a local group for the purpose of building a child care centre in Dingle. As soon as a decision is made on the matter, the Department will be in contact with the local authority and the child care group.
