Question 436: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if consideration will be given to the application by a person (details supplied) in County Clare for a temporary extension of their stay in this country for a further six months in view of personal circumstances. [2720/04]

My Department has recently been in correspondence with the person in question in relation to her application. On receipt of the documentation requested the application will be fully considered.
