I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to the sittings of the Seanad on 28th and 29th May, 2025: (1) The Seanad on its rising on Tuesday, 27th May, 2025, shall adjourn until 10.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 28th May, 2025, and the following arrangements shall apply:

(a) Commencement matters pursuant to Standing Order 31 shall be taken at 10.30 a.m. and up to eight Commencement matters may be selected by the Cathaoirleach for discussion;

(b) Standing Order 32 shall stand suspended;

(c) The Order of Business shall be proposed at 12.30 p.m.

(2) The Seanad on its rising on Wednesday, 28 May, 2025, shall adjourn until 9 a.m. on Thursday, 29th May, 2025, and Standing Orders 31 and 32 shall stand suspended.
