Notice has been received from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Mark Daly - The need for the Minister for Transport to make a statement on reciprocal driver licensing agreements with states in the United States of America, Australia, and all Canadian provinces.

Senator Robbie Gallagher - The need for the Minister of State with special responsibility for disability to provide an update on advancing the Errigal Truagh Special Needs project through time-related savings in capital plan expenditure.

Senator Lynn Ruane - The need for the Minister for Justice to make a statement on progress on implementation of the recommendations of the report of the prison overcrowding response group.

Senator Seán Kyne - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the level of special education teaching and special needs assistant resources provided to Gaelscoil Mhic Amhlaigh, Cnoc na Cathrach, Gaillimh.

Senator Mary Seery Kearney - The need for the Minister for Justice to provide an update on the reform of the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011.

Senator Micheál Carrigy - The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make a statement on the provision of an advance IDA factory for Longford.

Senator Maria Byrne - The need for the Taoiseach to make a statement on the establishment of a task force for Limerick city, similar to the Dublin city task force.

Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Transport to provide an update on the funding request from Cork County Council for the necessary upgrade to Pewterhole Cross near Kinsale, County Cork.

Senator Marie Sherlock - The need for the Minister for Education to set out the timeline for completion of the school building project for Clonturk Community College as part of the educational campus project on Swords Road, to also include classrooms for Gaelscoil Áine and Ellenfield Community College.

Senator Timmy Dooley - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the Broadford and Cooraclare sewerage schemes in County Clare.

Senator Eugene Murphy - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the provision of services for a person with autism (details provided) in County Roscommon who is in urgent need of support.

Senator Malcolm Byrne - The need for the Minister for Transport to provide an update on funding streams for independent voluntary rescue boats around the country, in particular for the Cahore Inshore Rescue Service, County Wexford.

Senator Martin Conway - The need for the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to provide an update on his plans for managing emergency accommodation in north Clare.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion. Those of Senators Mark Daly, Gallagher, Ruane and Kyne have been selected and they will be taken now. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
