Before we proceed so, I wish to announce that arising from the election of Lynn Boylan to the European Parliament and from the taking up of her seat yesterday, 16 July 2024, a casual vacancy has occurred in the membership of Seanad Éireann on the Oireachtas subpanel of the agricultural panel. It is appropriate that the Minister, Deputy Darragh O'Brien, is here. The pigeon will be on the way to him. I again thank Lynn Boylan MEP for her commitment and service in Leinster House in the Seanad. She was a good colleague and a good friend to many of us here.
