I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator John Cummins - the need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the extension of cardiology services from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends at University Hospital Waterford.

Senator Martin Conway - the need for the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to provide an update on the transfer of Ukrainian refugees from locations in Kilkee and Shannon, County Clare.

Senator Róisín Garvey - the need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the availability of planning exemptions for Airbnb holiday lets that are unsuitable for long-term rentals.

Senator Malcolm Byrne - the need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the ongoing boil water notice at Ferns, County Wexford.

Senator Marty Seery Kearney - the need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to provide an update on the potential payments under the interim remediation scheme for fire safety defects in apartments and duplexes.

Senator Micheál Carrigy - the need for the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media to liaise with Dublin City Council regarding the provision of 24-hour coach parking in Dublin.

Senator Maria Byrne - the need for the Minister for Health to review the current medical card application process for cancer patients.

Senator Tim Lombard - the need for the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform to provide an update on the progress of the flood relief scheme for Bantry, County Cork.

Of the matters raised by the Senators suitable for discussion, I have selected Senators John Cummins, Martin Conway, Róisín Garvey and Malcolm Byrne and they will be taken now.

I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Micheál Carrigy on the ground that the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
