I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, in the event of the Second Stage of the Planning and Development Bill 2023 being completed on Thursday, 27th June, 2024, the Committee Stage of the Bill shall be taken on Monday, 15th July, 2024, and amendments proposed to the Bill shall reach the Clerk not later than 1 p.m. on Monday, 1st July, 2024.”
