Senator Mary Seery Kearney - The need for the Minister for Justice to make a statement on the request from the Multi-Unit Developments Act reform group to appoint an interim owners' management company regulator to address concerns about the interim remediation scheme.
Senator Tom Clonan - The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Defence to make a statement on the role of commissioned officers of the Defence Forces during the trials and sentencing hearings of soldiers accused of criminal offences.
Senator Paddy Burke - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the provision of respite beds at Sacred Heart Hospital, Castlebar, County Mayo.
Senator Malcolm Byrne - The need for the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media to provide an update on the basic income for artists pilot scheme; and her plans to extend the scheme beyond the initial three-year period.
Senator Micheál Carrigy - The need for the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media to make a statement on the introduction of a new funding scheme to upgrade existing sporting facilities to an equal standard for both male and female participants.
Senator Robbie Gallagher - The need for the Minister for Transport to make a statement on the provision of increased funding to prioritise roads of strategic importance such as the N53 between Monaghan and Louth.
The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and they will be taken now.
