Before I ask the Acting Leader to outline the Order of Business, I welcome the students from Leamlara National School in County Cork. I had the pleasure of meeting them earlier. I want to welcome Aaron, who is here as well. Cuirim céad míle fáilte roimhe and to all his friends, students and teachers. They are all welcome. They are from a great part of east Cork. There will be no homework tomorrow night and tonight, maybe, as a celebration of their visit. They will probably have no homework tonight because they are not in school. Céad míle fáilte.
On my behalf and on that of everyone in the Seanad, I take this opportunity to congratulate the people of Italy on their celebration of Republic Day, on Sunday next, 2 June. In that context, I welcome the deputy head of mission at the Italian embassy, Dr. Edoardo Berionni Berna, who is with us in the Visitors' Gallery. I thank him very much for being here. I also thank him and the outgoing ambassador, Mr. Corrias, for his wonderful friendship and his great engagement with the people and the Government of Ireland on behalf of Italy's Government and its people. I ask Dr. Berna to communicate to the ambassador our best wishes to him on his new assignment. I know Dr. Berna is taking up the position of head of mission. For however long he will be in charge, he will be very welcome here in Leinster House. I thank him for being here. Go n-éirí leis.
I call the Acting Leader to announce the Order of Business.
