I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, in relation to the Local Government (Mayor of Limerick) and Miscellaneous Provisions Bill 2023, it be an instruction to the Committee of the whole Seanad, to which the Bill may be recommitted in respect of certain amendments, that it has the power to make amendments to the Bill which are not relevant to the subject matter of the Bill, for the purpose of amending the Land Development Agency Act 2021 to make provision for the Land Development Agency to raise further funds through the performance of certain functions conferred on them and through certain measures allowed for in the Affordable Housing Act 2021; and to make other consequential amendments required to take account of such amendments.

Question put and agreed to.
