I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

I regret that I had to rule out of order the matters raised by Senators Gavan and Martin on the ground that the relevant Minister has no official responsibility in the matters raised. I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator McGahon on the ground that it anticipates the statements on the budget scheduled to take place in the Seanad on Tuesday, 10 October 2023. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
