I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Erin McGreehan - The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to include a disability accessibility adaption grant for farming families under the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme 3.

Senator Lynn Boylan - The need for the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications to amend the EPA waste licensing system to allow for formalised and structured "scavenging" to enable greater re-use of waste and the development of the circular economy.

Senator Barry Ward - The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make a statement on the safeguarding of retail workers against abuse, harassment and anti-social behaviour in the workplace.

Senator Catherine Ardagh - The need for the Minister of State with responsibility for disability to provide an update on the appointment of a psychologist, occupational therapist and speech and language therapist for Our Lady of Hope School, Crumlin.

Senator Robbie Gallagher - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on Uisce Éireann connection issues that are delaying the taking-in-charge of housing estates process.

Senator Garret Ahearn - The need for the Minister of State with responsibility for special education and inclusion to provide an update on the application for additional accommodation made by Scoil Aonghusa, Cashel, County Tipperary.

Senator Sharon Keogan - The need for the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to make a statement on the process of selection of recipients for funding for projects from unspent moneys from schemes for the Traveller and Roma communities, migrant integration and Magdalen laundry redress fund.

Senator Róisín Garvey - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the development of new water treatment plants at Ennistymon and Lahinch, County Clare.

Senator Seán Kyne - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on proposed changes to the primary school curriculum as it relates to reduced time to be spent teaching Irish and its implications for the 20-year strategy for the Irish language.

Of the matters raised by the Senators suitable for discussion, I have selected Senators McGreehan, Boylan, Ward, Ardagh, Gallagher and Ahearn and they will be taken now. I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Garvey on the ground that the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
