I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Emer Currie - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the use of section 254 licences for telephone masts.

Senator Victor Boyhan - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the new rural housing guidelines.

Senator John Cummins - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to extend the vacant property refurbishment grant to rental homes and to extend the repair and lease scheme to cost-rental tenancies.

Senator Timmy Dooley - The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to make a statement on the continuation of the derogation from the nitrates directive.

Senator Seán Kyne - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the provision of secondary school places in Galway city for the coming academic year.

Senator Paul Gavan - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the proposed health (termination of pregnancy services (safe access zones)) Bill.

Senator Erin McGreehan - The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to include a disability accessibility adaptation grant for farming families under the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme 3.

Senator Garret Ahearn - The need for the Minister of State with responsibility for special education and inclusion to provide an update on the application for additional accommodation made by Scoil Aonghusa, Cashel, County Tipperary.

Senator Robbie Gallagher - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on Uisce Éireann connection issues that are delaying the process for the taking-in-charge of housing estates.

Senator Vincent P. Martin - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the provision of school bus places for pupils attending school in Maynooth, County Kildare from the Rathcoffey-Straffan area.

Senator Marie Sherlock - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on delays in completing stage 3 of the school construction project for Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire, Dublin 1.

Senator Micheál Carrigy - The need for the Minister for Health to make a statement on the need for a permanent contract for out-of-hour services at St. Joseph's Campus, Longford to replace the previous MIDOC service.

Senator Aidan Davitt - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to update planning legislation to permit the extension of previously granted one-off rural planning permissions for an additional five years.

Senator Barry Ward - The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make a statement on the safeguarding of retail workers against abuse, harassment and antisocial behaviour in the workplace.

Senator Sharon Keogan - The need for the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to make a statement on the process for the selection of recipients for funding for projects from unspent moneys from schemes for the Traveller and Roma communities, migrant integration and the Magdalen laundry redress fund.

Of the matters raised by the Senators suitable for discussion, I have selected Senators Currie, Boyhan, Cummins, Dooley, Kyne and Gavan, and they will be taken now. I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Sherlock on the ground that it is a repeat of a Commencement matter raised on 7 March. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
